Finding genuine connection after years

I have been on this site for about eight months now, and I am quite happy with how it has turned out. The search filters are actually useful, letting me narrow down matches by location without wading through profiles of people from three time zones away. It saves so much time compared to the old days of endless swiping. My only gripe is that the monthly fee went up a bit last year, which stung a little at first. However, the quality of people here is worth it, so I did not cancel. I met two very nice gentlemen who asked me out for coffee, and one is still around. It feels like a real place to find someone, not just a digital waiting room.
